Another Day, Another Ouzel

A few notes gleaned from various places as to goings on at Farlington today. The spoonbill and red-breasted goose were again present. A ring ouzel was seen again, I assumed the same bird as yesterday, then I noticed there was a picture posted on Hampshire Go Birding http://www.goingbirding.co.uk/hants/birdnews.asp and it was a male bird, so clearly not yesterday’s which was female, unless there is something very strange in the Farlington water! On the same site there was also an excellent picture of a very fine gander black brant seen there on Friday, so there has clearly been at least one “good” one there recently.
